Welcome to Meadows Garden Company. By using my website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before making a purchase.

About My Products

I sell living plants, plant plugs, and related gardening products.

Because my products are living plants, their appearance, size, and development can vary. Plants may not look exactly like photographs shown on my website, particularly when a photograph shows a mature plant rather than the young plant being sold.

I make reasonable efforts to accurately describe my plants, including their variety, characteristics, and expected size.

Preorder Products

Some of my plants (primarily plugs) are offered as preorders and are grown specifically for the upcoming season.

Preorder products are not immediately available for pickup or shipment. The expected availability period will be stated on the product listing.

For Spring 2027 plug preorders, I expect plants to be ready during March 20 – April 30, 2027, depending on weather and growing conditions.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the plant will be grown after your order is placed and that the exact availability date may change if growing conditions require it.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices and product availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed unless otherwise communicated to you.

Orders must be paid for through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, delivery, and shipping information.

I reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order or, when necessary, cancel an order that I cannot reasonably fulfill.

If I need to cancel an order, I will notify you and issue any applicable refund through the original payment method.

Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

I currently offer shipping within Virginia only.

Customers in Craig County, Virginia may also have the option of local pickup or delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because I sell living plants, I do not accept ordinary returns.

If you receive a defective or seriously damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please contact me promptly after receiving your order and provide photographs so I can evaluate the issue.

Product Availability

I make every effort to keep product information and availability accurate. However, growing plants involves variables such as germination, weather, pests, disease, and other growing conditions.

In rare circumstances, a particular plant or variety may become unavailable after an order is placed. If I am unable to fulfill an ordered product, I will contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution.

Website Content

I make reasonable efforts to keep the information on my website accurate and current. However, plant descriptions, availability, pricing, photographs, and other information may change as my business and product selection develop.

Photographs may show mature plants for identification or illustration purposes and may not represent the size of the plant at the time it is shipped.

Intellectual Property

The Meadows Garden Company name, logo, original illustrations, photographs, written content, graphics, and other original materials on this website belong to me unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use my original content for commercial purposes without my permission.

Website Use

You agree to use my website for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm my website or other customers.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions as my business, website, or policies change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of my website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
